ArbPing is operated by Real Fun Technology, LLC, a limited liability company based in Indiana, United States. When this policy says "ArbPing," "we," "us," or "our," it means Real Fun Technology, LLC.

2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store plain-text passwords.
Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We store only your subscription status, plan tier, and Stripe customer ID. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details — those go directly to Stripe.
Usage Data
We log which features you use, pages you visit, and alert thresholds you configure. This helps us improve the service and diagnose errors. We do not build advertising profiles.
Technical Data
Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, referrer, timestamp. Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To process subscription payments and send receipts
- To deliver funding rate alerts and notifications you configure
- To respond to support requests
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
- To improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns
We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to train AI models.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate ArbPing:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Hetzner Online GmbH — server infrastructure (EU data center)
- Cloudflare — DNS and DDoS protection
We will disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
ArbPing uses:
- Session cookies — required for authentication. These expire when you close your browser or log out.
- Preference storage — local storage in your browser to remember UI settings (e.g., watchlist layout, theme). No tracking involved.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active
- After account deletion: personal data purged within 30 days
- Server logs: 90 days
- Payment records: retained as required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes, held by Stripe)
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing

8. Security
We use HTTPS for all data in transit, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly at team@arbping.com.
9. Children's Privacy
ArbPing is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
