Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ArbPing (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ArbPing is operated by Real Fun Technology, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

ArbPing provides cryptocurrency funding rate monitoring, arbitrage spread tracking, and related alerting tools. The Service aggregates publicly available market data from cryptocurrency exchanges and presents it in a dashboard format.

We do not execute trades, manage funds, or act as a broker, exchange, or financial advisor.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on ArbPing constitutes financial, investment, tax, or trading advice. All data is provided for informational purposes only. Cryptocurrency trading and derivatives involve substantial risk of loss and may not be suitable for all investors. Past funding rates are not indicative of future results. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

4. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at team@arbping.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • One account per person. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent subscription limits is prohibited.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Free Tier

A free tier is available with limited features as described on our pricing page. No payment is required for the free tier.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund on your first paid subscription if you are unsatisfied. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable except where required by law. To request a refund, email team@arbping.com within 7 days of your initial charge.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your card details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service via automated means without written permission
  • Abuse or overload our APIs beyond reasonable use (rate limits apply)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in market abuse
  • Reverse engineer any proprietary portion of the Service

7. Data Accuracy

ArbPing aggregates data from third-party exchanges. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all data is real-time, complete, or error-free. Exchange APIs may have delays, outages, or geo-restrictions that affect data availability.

Do not rely solely on ArbPing data for time-sensitive trading decisions. Always verify critical data directly with the relevant exchange.

8. Intellectual Property

The ArbPing platform, logo, and original content are owned by Real Fun Technology, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Market data displayed on ArbPing originates from third-party exchanges and is subject to their respective terms of use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAL FUN TECHNOLOGY, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Fun Technology, LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time via account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the site at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
